“Hit the Jackpot with a Digital Scratcher” Instant Win (the “Promotion”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

PROMOTION DATES:  The Promotion begins at approximately 11:20:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“ET”) on June 13, 2024 and ends at approximately 11:40:00 a.m. ET on June 13, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) or until all scratch cards have been distributed. There will be a total of 250 scratch cards available to be distributed.

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to legal permanent United States residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older or nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, who are registered attendees of the Moveable Ink Think Summit as of June 13, 2024 (the “Entrant”).  Current and past employees, officers and directors of Ideas Collide (the “Sponsor”) and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Entrants at the Movable Ink Think Summit and in attendance at the “Hit the Jackpot with a Digital Scratcher” presentation will have the opportunity to receive one of 250 scratch cards.  The scratch card will be placed on the seats of the chairs in the presentation room. Entrant will scratch off the scratch card to reveal any prize-winning notification message.

There is a limit of one (1) scratch card per Entrant for the entire Promotion Period.

PRIZES/ODDS: A total of 22 prizes are available to be won.  There will be a total of 250 scratch cards available to be distributed for the Promotion.

Grand Prizes: Twenty (20) grand prizes of $500 Ideas Collide gift card (a “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $500.  Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $10,000. Each Grand Prize will be sent via email.

First Prize: One (1) first prize of a $200 Best Western® digital gift card (the “First Prize”) will be awarded.  Total ARV of the First Prize is $200. To claim the gift card, the First Prize winner will need to provide their email address. Gift card will be sent via email.

Second Prize: One (1) second prize of a Best Western Rewards® Diamond Select Status Tier Upgrade (the “Second Prize”) will be awarded.  Total ARV of the Second Prize is $51.65. Second Prize winner will need to be a member of Best Western Rewards to claim the Second Prize.  If the Second Prize winner is not a member, they can sign up for free. Second Prize winner will need to provide their email address associated with their Best Western Rewards account. The Diamond Select Status Tier Upgrade will be valid through March 31, 2026.  New Elite Tier qualifications are valid for the 2024 calendar year.  Any Elite member who reach a new elite tier level in 2024, will maintain that tier level through March 31, 2026.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $10,251.65.

The remaining scratch cards (228) will be non-winning cards.

Odds of winning a prize are 11:125. Odds assume that each scratch card has been distributed. The odds are subject to change in the event that not all scratch cards are distributed.

If for any reason, including, without limitation, a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims for that prize will be entered into a random drawing from which winner(s) for only the advertised number of prizes will be selected.  No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if advertised prize should become unavailable.  Each prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Each prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize he/she has received, including but not limited to any and all federal, state and local taxes.  No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

Limit of one (1) prize per Entrant for this Promotion.

PRIZE CLAIMS:  ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SCRATCH OFF CARD SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

Upon scratching off a winning scratch card, see speakers of Track 1, Hit the Jackpot with a Digital Scratcher, after the presentation. Winning scratch cards must be redeemed by 11:50 a.m. ET to be eligible to claim the prize.  Any redemption after 11:50 a.m. ET will be ineligible.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

No copies or mechanical productions accepted.

Prize Winners consent to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:  By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Promotion Entities. All Promotion materials and scratch cards are subject to verification and are void if [a] not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; [b] any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way; [c] are obtained where prohibited; or [d] are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.  Sponsors’ liability for defective Promotion materials and scratch cards is limited to replacement while supplies last.  Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Promotion Materials, scratch cards and mail submitted to Sponsor and / or Administrator.   Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion and their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke this Promotion based upon any printing, distribution, production or other error without liability at its sole discretion; [b] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [c] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; and, [d] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible requests or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.  If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotions and only award the prizes claimed up to the cancellation/suspension date.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: Entrants and prize winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated, and to release Sponsor, its officers, employees and agencies from any and all loss, cost, damage, and/or liability as a result of their participation in this Promotion, as well as acceptance and/or usage of a prize awarded (including without limitation to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by a prize winner, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.

WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST: To receive the name of the prize winners, send a self- addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: “Hit the Jackpot with a Digital Scratcher” Winners List Request, PO Box 458, Newark, NY  14513. Requests must be received by July 13, 2024.

OFFICIAL RULES:   Visit the presentation room for Track 1 for a copy of these Official Rules during the Promotion Period.
