Ideas Collide Awarded 2024 “Top Companies to Work for in Arizona”

For the eighth year in a row, Ideas Collide was named one of the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona in 2024.

This annual award – presented by Arizona Capitol Times, Best Companies Group, BestCompaniesAZ, and Bridgetower Media – was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Arizona on company culture and business influence.

To be considered for participation, companies had to have a facility in Arizona,
have at least 15 eligible employees and be in business for a minimum of one year.

Companies from across Arizona entered the two-part survey process to determine Top Companies to Work for in Arizona. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.

The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings.

“Ideas Collide is a top company to work for because they put their people above all else,” shares Qwynn Massie, Social Media + Content Communications Coordinator. “We are not employees working for managers and clients; we are a collaborative team working together to achieve the common goal of success.”

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings. Companies will be recognized in the August 2027 issue of the Arizona Capitol Times.
