Arizona Marketing Agency Ideas Collide Becomes Approved State Vendor
IC IN THE NEWS
Deep Arizona roots open new opportunities for Ideas Collide to support agencies across the state.

As an Arizona marketing agency with more than 20 years of experience in the state, Ideas Collide has had a front-row seat to Arizona’s growth and transformation.
Since our founding in 2005, Arizona has become a growing center for advanced manufacturing, technology, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and innovation. New industries have emerged, communities have grown, and the needs of the people who live and work here have evolved.
And we’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside it.
For over two decades, Ideas Collide has partnered with organizations statewide to engage audiences, share impactful stories, and support initiatives that strengthen Arizona’s communities and economy.
Now, we’re building on that history in a new way.
Ideas Collide is now an approved State of Arizona vendor for marketing services, providing state agencies with access to our strategic marketing, communications, and creative expertise.
For us, the designation isn’t simply about being added to a procurement list. It’s another way to continue the work we’ve been doing in Arizona for more than two decades.
An Arizona Marketing Agency With Roots Here
Our connection to Arizona goes beyond our client roster.
Several Ideas Collide team members are native Arizonans, while many others have built their careers, families, and communities here. We’ve watched the state change firsthand and worked alongside organizations helping shape that growth.
This perspective shapes our approach to every project.
There is no single “Arizona audience.” Students considering their first career path, small business owners looking to grow, residents, workers, and community leaders all have different needs and priorities.
Reaching them means understanding who you are talking to, what matters to them, and how a project relates to their lives. We’ve built that understanding through years of working with and within Arizona communities.
Connecting Arizona’s Future Workforce to Opportunity
Our work with the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) on its Future48 Workforce Accelerators initiative is one example of that approach in action.
Arizona’s growth in semiconductors, electric vehicles, and advanced manufacturing is creating new job opportunities, but future workers also need to understand what those careers could look like.
ACA partnered with Ideas Collide to help make that connection.
Our team interviewed local educators and ran bilingual focus groups with Arizona students ages 16 to 24 and parents of school-aged children. The research uncovered perceptions and misconceptions around advanced manufacturing and identified what could make these career paths feel relevant and accessible.
Those insights shaped an immersive video campaign that followed a young Arizonan through technology-rich environments spanning aerospace, automotive, and biotechnology. Filming at the Lucid Manufacturing Plant, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Phoenix Bioscience Core grounded the story in opportunities already taking shape across the state.
The campaign generated nearly 5 million impressions and more than 3 million combined views across YouTube and connected TV.
More importantly, Future48 reinforced the value of starting with the audience. When an initiative is complex or unfamiliar, effective communication means finding the story that helps people understand why it matters to them.
Ideas Collide is now an approved State of Arizona vendor for marketing services, providing state agencies with access to our strategic marketing, communications, and creative expertise.
Investing in Arizona Beyond Client Work
Our commitment to Arizona doesn’t end when a campaign does.
Ideas Collide has long invested time, resources, and expertise in organizations strengthening the state’s business and community ecosystem, including Local First Arizona, the State Forty Eight Foundation, Arizona State University, and the Greater Phoenix Chamber.
Over the years, Ideas Collide has contributed millions of dollars in community giveback and thousands of volunteer hours. More recently, we’ve expanded that commitment through our work with Local First Arizona, supporting efforts to strengthen Arizona’s small business community and elevate the entrepreneurs and organizations contributing to the state’s growth.
It reflects a belief we’ve held since our earliest days: strong businesses and strong communities are connected.
A New Way to Serve Arizona
Becoming an approved State of Arizona vendor gives Ideas Collide another way to apply our experience.
State agencies communicate initiatives that directly affect how Arizonans work, learn, build businesses, and access opportunities. Doing that effectively requires translating complex information, reaching diverse audiences, and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
It requires creativity, but also research, strategy, audience understanding, and a partner who can connect an organization’s goals with the people it needs to reach.
We’ve spent more than 20 years building those capabilities here.
As an Arizona marketing agency now approved to provide marketing services through the State of Arizona procurement process, we’re excited to build new partnerships with the agencies helping shape what’s next for our state.
As Arizona continues to grow and evolve, so will the stories our state needs to share.
We are proud to help tell those stories.
Because Arizona isn’t simply a market where Ideas Collide does business.
It’s home.
