Greater Phoenix Chamber

Strategy, Storytelling, and Studio Magic: Amplifying a trusted community voice, one podcast episode at a time.

Challenge

Truly Reaching the Business Community

The Greater Phoenix Chamber is a member-driven organization dedicated to promoting sustainable economic growth and prosperity locally. As more traditional communication methods failed to cut through the noise, they needed a new way to reach and engage local business leaders.

Leadership knew they had powerful voices and valuable insights to share, but they needed the right platform, partner, and strategy to bring that to life.

Approach

Start Smart, Build with Purpose

The Chamber partnered with Ideas Collide to launch Let’s Talk Business Phoenix — a podcast that spotlights the local leaders shaping Arizona’s business landscape. From the very first episode, the goal was clear: curate meaningful conversations around important issues and subjects affecting businesses, our community, and Arizona today.

We started with a streamlined studio setup and focused on content first, then scaled up over time with professional production, guest support, and video marketing extensions. Each episode can be watched on YouTube and listened to on Apple Podcasts, YouTube Music and Spotify

Solution

End-to-End Podcast Strategy + Production

Our team handles everything from creative direction to technical execution, building a branded podcast studio, managing production logistics, and developing cross-platform content that extended reach and boosted visibility.

We worked hand-in-hand with the Chamber to coach their podcast host, Chamber President & CEO Todd Sanders. In conjunction with the Chamber’s Senior Communications Manager Brittany Moore, we also produced top-tier guest interviews (including Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs and Arizona Diamondbacks President & CEO Derrick Hall), and repurposed each episode into short-form video assets, AI-assisted clips, and social media reels that made a lasting impact.

Results

A Top 10 Podcast + a True Team Partnership

Within just six months, Let’s Talk Phoenix Business became one of Arizona’s top 10 podcasts across all topics. The Chamber saw stronger engagement metrics than ever before, particularly with video-led content. Most importantly, the relationship between the Chamber and Ideas Collide grew into a true creative partnership — with trust, collaboration, and shared wins driving every episode forward.

Client Kudos:
Brittany Moore|Director of Marketing & Communications
“I’m all about taking risks. … you’re never going to achieve higher results if you don’t take those risks and get out of your comfort zone. And I think between both Ideas Collide and the Chamber, we really did get out of our comfort zone. And it paid off.”
