Matthew began his creative career at the age of 19 when he received the Sundance Institutes Young Writer’s Award. While at the Sundance Lab, his talents were noticed by Franklin Covey Co. where they invited Matthew to join their Innovation and Marketing team to develop products and campaigns for Stephen R. Covey, the best-selling author of The 7-Habits of Highly Effective People. Over his diverse career Matthew has worked in Fortune 500 organizations, small start ups and prestigious New York ad agencies. He has created award-winning marketing campaigns and videos, been at the fore-front of internet marketing, consulted top-authors and launched his dream of having his own agency—Ideas Collide Inc. Matthew has worked on some of the world’s leading brands including Intel, Xerox and Johnson & Johnson. He has led marketing teams and branding initiatives for Best Western International, America West Airlines, Quepasa.com and Motorola. In just three short years, he led Ideas Collide into a Top 5 small agency in Arizona as recognized by Ranking Arizona Magazine.
