Come one, come all. The new home of Ideas Collide in Scottsdale is now complete, and the team has finally settled into our new digs.
Ideas Collide’s offices doubled in square footage and now incorporates an open floor plan to encourage collaboration and teamwork. The space includes an in-house video production studio, an auditorium, multiple large conference rooms, a Zen room, a professional kitchen, and custom touches like a digital media wall and exposed original I-beams.
The interior design of the office space carries the same post-modern feel as the exterior. The Charles Polacek designed building, first erected in 1962, incorporates high relief patterned blocks, breeze blocks and spectacularly patterned zigzag beams.
The renovated and expanded office space is also designed to function as a community space for the organizations that Ideas Collide partners with. In the past few weeks the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Valley Young Professionals, Local First Arizona and Modern Phoenix have all taken advantage of our open floor plan and auditorium to host mixers and events.
In our Portland office, Ideas Collide is also growing. The PDX location that services our long-standing clients in the Rose City, now has five full-time employees. We expect the home base for IC’s Portland operations, located in the Pearl District, to continue to grow as we further integrate ourselves into the Oregon business community.
