ICMC Spotlight: Kori Knoesel, Professional Life of the Party

Kori knoeselKori has always had a flair for the arts. Her lead vocals won the high school battle of the bands and she has taken center stage in multiple theatrical performances, even touring through Europe for a year. Kori’s magnetic personality and talent for story telling had her destined for a life in the spotlight.

As a performing arts major in college, she took an elective class in Interpersonal Communications. Though her mother was a Public Relations professional, it was the first time that Kori realized that there was one more than one way to tell a story and connect with an audience. With her eyes now opened to the world of business communications, Kori embarked on a new chapter of her life.

Throughout her career, her strengths in communications have allowed her to tell all kinds of stories to diverse audiences ranging from Anheuser Busch to the US Army. She has specialized in conducting consultations, trainings and community events. Working with local Phoenix groups, she has led efforts that have raised over a million dollars for grateful charities. Kori has been a member of the Phoenix Chapter of PRSA for 3 years and will be serving on the board in 2014.

Since joining Ideas Collide, Kori has been excited to tell stories in new and innovative ways. Her responsibilities as a Project Manager for clients such as Susan G Komen, Organizers Direct and Intel have allowed her to reach a variety of audiences and channels including, large-scale events, social media campaigns, branding and PR communications. Throughout all of these opportunities, Kori has leveraged her talents as a performer. She is excited to tell every brand’s story and in a new and captivating way.
