Here’s to the New Year Chatter

Here’s what we’ve been talking about already in the New Year… are you having the same conversations… hearing the same things?

“Thundercats are go!” — Great line #209 quoted from the movie Juno
“Can we resolve this year to have no agency meetings before 8:30 a.m.” — said at a meeting starting late at 8:39 a.m.
“Can we resolve in 2008 we won’t take any client projects with unrealistic timelines, budgets and expectations?”
“Um, this was due last week in 2007, now it is 2008 — I’m sure the client won’t mind that it was due, you know… last year?!”
“Ok who charged $698 on their corporate credit card under the merchant ‘Chandler Technology’?? Anyone?”
“What happened to my wireless mouse? What happen to my spare wireless mouse!?”
“Go with more of the spring color trends… bold, bright… Snorkel Blue, Daiquiri Yellow.”
“No more chocolate chip cookie breaks or after lunch runs… at least for the first three weeks of the new year.”
“Why is it raining in Phoenix? Can this office invest in a couple umbrellas?”
“My mom mails me a cactus every Valentine’s Day. And I’m like, “Thanks” a heap coyote ugly. This cactus-gram stinks even worse than your abandonment.”  — Great line #88 quoted from the movie Juno
“So should I take my new neighbor (Amare Stoudemire) cookies when he moves in?”
“Did we finish our website yet?”
“Can I be in charge of the blog this year?? Please??”
“Has anyone seen my tube socks, I somehow lost them at the holiday office party?!”
